Self Frosting Hazelnut Cupcake

Easy to make, beautiful appearance and most important taste like heaven. Yummy. And here's how



Self Frosting Hazelnut Cupcake
Yield: 10 cupcakes, diameter 6cm


Bahan:

  • 2/3 cup butter (140 gram), suhu ruang.
  • 1/2 cup gula pasir.
  • 3 butir telur.
  • 1/2 sdt vanilla.
  • 1 3/4 cup tepung terigu serbaguna.
  • 1/4 sdt garam.
  • 2 sdt baking powder.
  • hazelnut spread.



Cara membuat:

  • kocok butter dan gula hingga halus (sekitar 10 menit dengan mixer kecepatan sedang).
  • masukkan telur satu per satu, kocok hingga rata.
  • masukkan tepung terigu, garam, dan baking powder.
  • masukkan vanilla, kocok sebentar lagi agar rata.
  • tuang adonan ke dalam muffin pan (pakai scoop es krim biar gampang) hingga 2/3 – 3/4 penuh.
  • beri 1 sdt hazelnut spread di atasnya.
  • ambil tusuk gigi yang bersih dan benamkan ke dalam adonan, putar tusuk gigi hingga hazelnut spread dan adonan agak tumpang-tindih dan terbentuk efek marble yang cantik
  • panggang selama 20 menit dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan (putar loyang setelah 10 menit pertama).

Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

 Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes.

Well, not as tempting as it looks on the original blog. But it's just as yummy as it is. And it was sooo easy to make.
