indonesia education : before, present, then...

im doing a lil research on "reasons why foreign student choose UTM for their futher study",,
and i got to find a secondary source [books,journal,newspaper article,etc.] that related to that topic..
and i found this book,
an old one actually,,
The Insider's Guide to Foreign Study by Benedict A. Leerburger.
it was published in Canada at 1987
[i wasnt even born yet]
i scanned that book, hoping i could find about Malaysia,,
but,
guess what i found

South East Asia :
Indonesia
Singapore
Taiwan

no, there is no malaysia..
there is INDONESIA..
counted as one of the world's choice for further study.
back there at 1987
and what happens now.. twenty years later...?
i am studying at Malaysia, one who once came to study in my country.
they turn the situation in two decades,,
who can tell what'll happen in the next 2 decades..?

dont be proud if u re studying abroad and just wasting ur parent's or sponsor's money.
we came here,, for a better study,,
for a brighter future..
and what i want is also brighten my country's name.
we came here, not easy ma [bee,,,gaya chinese di kelas gw bgt]
dont juz waste ur time, money and oppurtunity..
